all times. A show of disrespect will include defamatory remarks, inflammatory statements,
vulgar or profane language.
2. All content, audio or visual, is uploaded by the members at their own risk. Members are
responsible for conforming to all legal requirements for their images. Members represent
that those images or recordings uploaded by them are either their own copyrighted material
or material for which they have written permission of the copyright owner. Members indemnify
and hold AMN harmless from any and all actions arising from the illegal posting of
copyrighted materials.
3. Members are required to report to the Administrator any content which does not conform to this
Code of Conduct.
4. Images that display nudity, implied sexual activity, Fetish or other Alternate Lifestyle or audio
content which contains vulgar or profane language are permitted but must be marked as Adult
when they are uploaded. Member(s), by posting such images, represent that all persons in any
image that contains nudity (explicit or implied) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that
the member(s) are compliant with USC18, 2257. Examples of alternate lifestyles include
bondage & discipline and/or sadism & masochism.
5. Images which are marked as Adult, as described in #4 above may not be used for member
profile pictures or for album covers in member picture pages.
6. Except as specifically stipulated in Paragraph 7 below, graphic adult images ("Pornography")
in any form or links to other sites which contain Pornography are strictly prohibited from this site.
Pornography is, for the purpose of this site, defined as:
A. Visual (still images or motion pictures)
Any image which depicts:
1. Objects, including, but not limited to, genitals, fingers or devices
inserted into or touching a penis, vagina or anus.
2. Two or more persons engaged in a pose which simulates any
sexual position where contact, either (a) oral to genital or anus
or (b) genital to genital or anus, between two or more persons
is expressed or implied.
3. Erect penis.
4. Male or female bodily fluids other than saliva or tears.
5. Use of any machine or other device in a sexual scenario.
6. Any image that implies sexual activity of any kind with a minor.
7. Any image that implies sexual activity of any kind with an animal.
B. Audio
Any recordings which imply or express:
1. Sexual or violent activity of any kind by one or more adults of either gender.
2. Sexual or violent activity of any kind with a person under the age of 18.
3. Sexual or violent activity of any kind with an animal.
C. Text (blogs, comments, discussion forums, profiles, galleries)
Any written communications in public areas which imply or express:
1. Graphic descriptions of sexual activity
2. Use of sexual slang to describe body parts
7. Graphic still visual images which exceed the limitations stipulated in paragraph 6 above may be
posted by members only on the following conditions:
A. All graphic images must be contained in a separate password protected album.
B. All images (except album cover) within that album must be marked as Adult.
C. The album cover image may not be of an adult nature.
D. The album name must be "FOR CONSENTING ADULTS ONLY"
1). All images within that album must have the following statement included in
the description of the image:
"All persons in this image are at least 18 years of age, in accordance
with the provisions of USC18, 2257. Proof of age is on file with the
member's record keeper. Contact the member for further information."
2). Member assumes all liability for posting graphic images and will defend and
hold Artist and Model Network harmless against any and all legal actions
related to the viewing of said graphic images.
3) Member will exercise reasonable judgment in giving the password to other
members.
4) Viewers of said graphic images represent that they are at least 18 years of age
and believe that viewing said images is consistent with all laws and do not
consider the graphic images to be obscene in their communities.
E. MOTION PICTURES, AUDIO RECORDINGS AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS ARE
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS EXCEPTION.
F. Failure of the member to comply with any or all of the foregoing stipulations will be
immediately suspended until all stipulations are in full compliance. Failure to comply
within seven (7) days will result in the termination of the member's account, with no refund
of any monies paid. A terminated account will not be reinstated.
Any member which does not abide by
this Code of Conduct may be terminated at the discretion of the Administrator.
The Artist and Model Network will
report any occurrences of illegal activity to the proper authorities as
prescribed by law.
Terms of Service

a. Does not upload at least 10 images. At least 5 of these images must be in an album that is viewable to the general membership and visitors. These 5 images may not contain adult content.
b. Does not log in to Artistandmodelnetwork.com at least once each week.
Before a membership is canceled, artistandmodelnetwork.com will advise the member, via email to the address provided by the member, of his/her status and give the member an opportunity to become active. If allows his/her status to remain inactive for a period of tem (10) days from the date of the notice, the account will be suspended and reactivated only by request of the member. If an account remains suspended for thirty (30) days from notice, the account will be cancelled. Once an account is canceled, all user-related content will be deleted. Accounts may be reinstated at artistandmodelnetwork.com's sole discretion.
